This policy applies only to this website and the pages hosted on it. It does not cover the main Astro Ashish Bhai website, or any other website, app or platform you may reach from here.

You choose what to share. Depending on how you get in touch, that may include:

• Your name, as entered in the enquiry form on this page.
• Your WhatsApp or phone number.
• The consultation topic you select.
• Anything you choose to tell Ashish Bhai during a call or WhatsApp conversation — which, for an astrology consultation, may include your date, time and place of birth and details of your personal circumstances.

The enquiry form on this website does not send your details to a server, a database or an email inbox. It assembles the information you typed into a WhatsApp message inside your own browser and opens WhatsApp so you can review it and decide whether to send it. Nothing is stored by this website, and nothing is transmitted unless you press send in WhatsApp yourself.

Information you send is used only to:

• Reply to your enquiry.
• Arrange, confirm or carry out a consultation.
• Follow up about a consultation you have asked for.

Your details are not sold, rented or traded. They are not used for unrelated marketing, and they are not shared with third parties except where you have asked for it or the law requires it.

The call and WhatsApp buttons on this site open your own phone or WhatsApp app. The conversation that follows happens on those services, not on this website.

WhatsApp is operated by Meta and handles your message under its own terms and privacy policy, over which Astro Ashish Bhai has no control. Phone calls are carried by your mobile network in the usual way.

This website sets no cookies of its own, and stores nothing in your browser’s local or session storage. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to for the site itself.

The one exception is the embedded Google map in the location section. That map is loaded from Google and Google may set its own cookies or similar identifiers when it loads, in line with Google’s privacy policy. This is the only element on the page capable of doing so.

At the time of the last update above, this website runs no analytics, no advertising tags, no conversion tracking and no remarketing pixels. There is no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager container and no advertising tracker active on these pages.

If measurement or advertising technology is added in future — for example to measure calls and messages from advertising campaigns — this section will be updated to say so before or when it goes live.

• Vercel — hosts this website. Like any web host, its servers process technical request data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, in order to serve the page and keep the service secure.
• Google Maps — the map showing the consultation office is embedded from Google and loads directly from Google when you view that section.
• Google Business Profile reviews — the reviews shown on this page are fetched from Google by our server, not by your browser. No information about you is sent to Google in order to display them. Reviewer names and profile photos shown in the review cards are published by those reviewers on Google and are loaded from Google’s servers.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — used only if you choose to start a conversation.

Web fonts used on this site are served from this website itself, so viewing these pages does not create a request to any font provider.

This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Because the site itself does not collect or store your enquiry details, there is no website database of personal information to be breached.

Messages and call records that reach Ashish Bhai are kept on his own devices and accounts, protected by the security of those devices and services. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure, and this is stated plainly rather than promised otherwise.

This website retains nothing, because it stores nothing. What persists is the conversation itself — your WhatsApp chat, your call record or your email — which is kept only as long as needed to provide and follow up on your consultation, or to meet a legal or accounting obligation.

You can ask for that correspondence to be deleted at any time.

You may ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information about you is held.
• Correct anything inaccurate.
• Delete your messages and enquiry correspondence.
• Stop contacting you.

Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live, local data protection law may give you further rights; this policy is not intended to limit any right you have under the law that applies to you.

This website and these consultation services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and it will be deleted.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website or to how enquiries are handled. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes — in particular, switching on analytics or advertising technology — will be reflected here.
